Inshore, Bay, and Flats, covers quite a lot of ground. The Inshore Sportfishing portion of our charters covers from the pass to 9.2 nautical miles West from the line of demarcation in the pass. These are considered Inshore, or Florida State waters. We however will usually work no more than about three miles due to the fact that our vessel is a flats vessel. Most of this will depend on the wind and waves. We do not go past the sea buoy in more than two foot seas, it's very uncomfortable and we usually will not be able to do a good job sportfishing in the Gulf of Mexico with higher waves. We fish basically the Bradenton area, but do fish in Sarasota Bay also, and Tampa Bay. Many of our larger shark, kings, and little tuny are caught in either bay, and mangrove snapper are also caught during much of the year here. There are a lot of speckeled trout landed on the flats. Redfish and snook, in season, are also on the flats and smaller estuaries. We hope you will join us for a day on the water.
